We're delighted to report another win in the Lowestoft league with our B team beating Lowestoft at home on Monday 21 June, achieving an impressive 6-2 on the scoreboard.
Players were myself (Nicole), Roger C and James plus a great debut performance from new team-mate Sofia.
The usual format was followed, with two sets of mixed doubles, followed by two sets of ladies and men’s doubles.
It's worth adding that despite it being midsummer's eve it was an unseasonably cold evening, but everyone who played did so in positive spirits and we all enjoyed the game.
Playing in this league is always lots of fun!
