Monday 20th to Friday 24th June saw the week-long Men's Doubles Event at the Lowestoft and District Tennis Championship 2022.
The tournament takes place at the Denes Oval on the bracing Lowestoft seafront - and our indomitable pair, Matthew Last and Ewan Threadkell, managed to progress through the week, going through to final on Saturday 25th June.
Matt and Ewan prevailed and took the cup, thanks to an entertaining championship tie break 10-7 after each pair had won a set 6-4 each. Phew!
Well done to Matt and Ewan on this fine achievement, your club is very proud of you!
