Sessions are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7pm, Fridays at 9am and Sundays at 10am. All ages and abilities welcome.

Team Training (men) Mondays 6-8pm
Weekly training session for those interested in competing for one of the Saxmundham Tennis Club men's teams in the Ipswich and District league. Sessions consist of an hour of drills and conditioned points followed by an hour of doubles match play. Cost £8 per session or five sessions for £35 (members only) with Matt Last. Pair and Play (ladies) Tuesdays 6-7pm
A sociable ladies session focusing on different areas of doubles play to advance ability and skills. Training delivered by Matt Last, who will guide you through drills and exercises designed to help you master essential doubles tactics. Club Coaching (all adults) Wednesdays 9-10am
Aimed at any club player who plays regularly and would like to work on certain aspects of their game to raise their level. Cardio Tennis (all adults) Thursdays 6-7pm
Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class on a tennis court open to anyone, all ages and abilities. Improve your fitness, tone, and shape key muscles, burn calories and improve your tennis in a friendly group environment. With Matt Last.
